### What happens when you run it

Six things, one interactive session. The wizard inspects your project and does the wiring so your agent can start reviewing real sessions immediately.

#### Detects your agent

The wizard figures out which AI coding agent you use — Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Gemini CLI, or a custom harness — and tailors the setup to match.

#### Injects the capture snippet

It identifies your framework (Next.js, React, Vite, Remix, or plain HTML) and drops the capture snippet into exactly the right place, org ID baked in.

#### Wires up MCP

It configures the hosted Subtext MCP server for your agent so it can open real sessions — no local process to babysit.

#### Registers skills & commands

Session-review skills and slash commands land in your agent, ready to call tools like review-open, review-zoom, and review-snapshot.

#### Masks by default

Form inputs are masked from the very first session. Your agent flags additional PII and proposes masking rules for you to approve.

#### Verifies the connection

It ends with a live check: ask your agent to list recent sessions and confirm capture, MCP, and skills are all connected end to end.
